Here are other facts about Park Place Olde Town, planned for the corner of Ralston and Teller, facing McIlvoy Park:
•153 units with density of 50 units or more per acre, compared to an estimated 6 units per acre now.
•Traffic congestion and parking in Olde Town will become more problematic than it is today.
•The charming ambiance of our three National Historic Districts will almost certainly be affected by nearby high-density developments.
•The historic Masonic Lodge is slated for demolition.
